Menu items, prices, package details and availability shown on this website are indicative and provided for planning purposes. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice. A quotation is only confirmed once we have responded to your enquiry in writing.
Reservations, enquiries and bookings
Table reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by our team by phone, WhatsApp or email. For private celebrations, corporate events, catering and bulk bakery orders, a booking is confirmed only once we have agreed the final details and, where applicable, received the advance payment stated at the time of booking (typically 25% of the estimated total for lounge bookings).
Forms on this website submit enquiries to our team; submitting a form does not itself constitute a confirmed booking or contract.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for a specific booking (including any advance paid) are confirmed directly with our team at the time of booking, since these vary by event type, guest count and notice period.
Alcohol service
Alcohol is served only to guests aged 25 and above. Valid government-issued photo identification is required and may be requested at any time.
Intellectual property
The Nineteenth May name, logo, and the text, photography and design on this website belong to MSMY Hospitality Pvt Ltd unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Liability
While we make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on indicative pricing or availability shown here rather than a confirmed written quotation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab.
